If you are passionate about data analysis, dashboard creation, and information-based decision-making, this opportunity is for you. **This is a 100% in-person position in Porto Alegre.** #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Create scripts and automations for data processing and analysis using tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel VBA; * Create, update, and maintain periodic performance reports for the credit portfolio, including delinquency, origination, renewal, and loss indicators; * Develop interactive dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to facilitate data visualization; * Monitor and analyze credit-related KPIs, such as approval rate, customer behavior, default rate, provisioning level, and risk exposure; * Consolidate data to ensure governance across the credit lifecycle (credit, collections, sales, and legal); * Analyze credit department data to identify trends and propose actions that improve financial outcomes; * Identify customer portfolio behavioral patterns, detect potential risks, and uncover opportunities for portfolio optimization. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, advanced Excel, VBA, and Python; * Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar; * Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL); * Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and performance reports; * Solid experience in data analysis and management reporting; * Availability to work 100% in-person in Porto Alegre. #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the banking sector and payroll-deductible credit market will be an advantage * Experience in credit and/or collections areas, including risk analysis, delinquency, and customer behavior; If you seek a dynamic environment, real development opportunities, and a chance to make a difference, **this is your place!** Join us in building the future!
