Ensure strategies and actions aimed at continuous improvement of the quality of received raw materials, performing analysis of local results, ensuring that the raw material complies with current legislation and internal standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor milk quality improvement programs for producers. * Monitor PQFL projects. * Promote training sessions and events for producers and procurement teams. * Monitor milk quality indicators at branch and corporate levels, reporting to the area manager for decision-making. * Identify technical solutions and innovations together with the Milk Supply Management for agricultural projects and milk quality improvement, adding value to the relationship with producers. * Control regional matrix budgets related to projects and milk quality. * Execute work plans according to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards and targets. * Train and qualify other branch team members to maintain uniformity in procedures and processes related to milk quality improvement. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or related fields. * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B.
