Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist network implementation technicians in basic and daily tasks, as directed; * Support the installation and assembly of infrastructure for optical cable deployment and routing; * Assist technicians in providing technical support and help customers resolve issues, aiming to meet their needs with courtesy and promptness; * Support diagnosing potential connection issues, checking fiber signal, and conducting speed and bandwidth tests; * Always strive to fulfill work schedules, especially during emergency maintenance of fiber infrastructure and networks, as per planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of measurement equipment, optical splicing, optical cable deployment, optical fiber, fusion, installation and maintenance of optical splice enclosures, and router configuration; * Availability to perform on-call shifts; **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
