Draft, review, and update lease and sales contracts, addenda, and termination agreements according to the agency’s legal templates and guidelines. Provide support to property owners and tenants regarding questions about contractual clauses, deadlines, and administrative procedures. Monitor expiration dates, renewals, rent adjustments, and other contractual events, updating internal tracking systems. Organize and archive physical and digital contracts, ensuring traceability, compliance, and information security. Previous experience as a Contract Analyst, Contract Coordinator, Legal Assistant, or Contract Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
