Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Technician to work in the Dyeing Department, focusing on color development, process chart construction, and production optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Work on color development and process chart construction. 2. Monitor and adjust production processes in the dyeing department. 3. Guide the team on technical and operational standards. We are looking for a Textile Technician to join our Dyeing Team in Jaraguá do Sul/SC. Do you identify with the textile industry? In this challenge, your main responsibilities will be: * Create and monitor dyeing charts in the system; * Register products, recipes, and machine operational parameters; * Monitor machine, article, and chemical product tests during production; * Make necessary adjustments to the production process, supporting preventive and corrective actions; * Guide the team on technical and operational standards. Here’s what we expect from you. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Textiles or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry; * Proficiency in Google Tools or Microsoft Office Suite, and ease of working with systems (SAP is a plus). * Availability to work the second shift (2:18 PM to 11:24 PM\).
