Database management and supplier relationship management. **Work Location:** Joinville, SC The Technology Analyst is responsible for ensuring continuity and evolution of customers' electronic security and connectivity solutions—from design to operation—by integrating CCTV, Access Control, IoT, RFID, and GPON with high availability, compliance (LGPD), and performance, through preventive/corrective maintenance, software updates, support for new project deployments, database management, and supplier relationship management, delivering visibility for decision-making and promoting continuous improvement. **Our Values:** Owner Mindset, Growth Mindset, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Optimism, and Enchantment. We seek professionals aligned with this culture! ### **Your Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance on deployed technology, resolving issues that may compromise solution functionality. * Serve as IT technical support for new project deployments. * Perform software updates for company-provided technologies, especially CCTV, * Access Control, IoT, RFID, GPON. * Support the creation of technical installation reports for CCTV and other electronic security equipment. * Pursue partner certifications. * Build relationships with technology suppliers. * Manage customer databases. * Provide information visibility for managerial decision-making. * Record performed activities in service orders. * Drive continuous improvement within your area. ### **Technical Skills Required for This Role** * Familiarity with security standards and regulations, such as data protection laws impacting surveillance and electronic security; * Strong understanding of data networks: LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and fiber optic technologies; * Experience with unified communications (UC) and communication protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, HTTP, etc.); * Knowledge of PON and LOT applied to security and connectivity environments; * Ability to integrate diverse systems to deliver a unified, cohesive solution; * Experience with cloud-based systems and data storage solutions for security and connectivity. ### **Behavioral Skills:** * Operational Excellence: Demonstrates operational excellence by planning and executing tasks with focus, proposing creative and efficient solutions that elevate delivery performance; * Teamwork and Communication: Actively contributes to a cooperative, high-performance environment.
