Location: North Industrial Zone – Joinville/SC Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Employment Type: CLT – Permanent Responsibilities: - Provide customer service and prospect new clients via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and in person; - Monitor orders with production, shipping, and logistics providers; - Prepare sales reports and analyses; - Maintain client portfolio and provide after-sales support; - Identify new business opportunities and leads for commercial expansion. Compensation and Benefits: - Base salary: BRL 2,200.00 - Commission: 2% (increases to 2.5% after 6 months) - Average monthly earnings between base salary and commission: BRL 3,500.00 to BRL 4,000.00 during the first months.
