**Job Description:** ---------------------- Implement the commercial strategy and value proposition defined by the Raizen and Agricopel franchises, considering market conditions, competitors, and product mix; Monitor and ensure field commercial execution in accordance with PES and franchise procedures; Supervise plans for reactivating customers and inactive coordinators, as well as proper use of equipment provided under lease agreements; Monitor prospecting of new customers and support route adjustments for servicing and retaining new accounts; Support pricing strategies by defending profitability and monitoring the market through team-collected data. Develop the Coordinators’ and Sales Representatives’ teams through commercial argumentation and adherence to sales procedures. Assist in analyzing new sales regions to achieve greater penetration and market coverage for lubricants.
