Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and executing building maintenance services, negotiating with suppliers, and conducting store visits to ensure service quality and up-to-date maintenance. Monitoring and updating of maintenance services **Requirements:** * Experience with general maintenance services (painting, civil works, plumbing, etc.) * Supplier negotiation skills * Proficiency in Excel * Valid driver's license (active) **Responsibilities:** * Respond to store service requests; * Analyze, evaluate, and coordinate execution with service providers; * Evaluate and develop new suppliers; * Conduct periodic store visits; * Generate monitoring and updating reports for the building maintenance team.
