Description

Reside in Pirabeiraba, a district of Joinville, and have access to bus lines that reach Rua dos Franceses, 790 \- Pirabeiraba, Joinville \- SC, 89239\-280, especially on weekends. Preferably live near the neighborhood. Personal vehicle preferred. Main responsibilities: Front desk duties; strict identification and registration of people and vehicles entering and exiting; knowledge of access control procedures and systems; familiarity with CCTV systems; basic computer literacy; asset inspection; situational analysis for risk prevention; implementation of security and emergency procedures; discretion and protection of confidential information; ability to handle conflict situations; and good interpersonal skills with the general public, especially employees and visitors. Workplace: Security guard Working hours: 12x36 schedule – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (two guards) Compensation: BRL 2\.020,33, meal allowance BRL 47.50/day, attendance bonus: 7%, and intrashift break. Additional behavioral expectations: Clear and direct communication with contractors, visitors, and employees; readiness and availability to promptly execute client-requested actions; ability to work under pressure; professional integrity; and appropriate personal appearance.
