Tigre's Innovation area is tasked with fostering an innovation culture and supporting the development of initiatives that generate business value, connecting strategy, people, and execution. The intern will support the management of the company's intrapreneurship program and assist in structuring the strategic innovation plan, contributing to organizing, analyzing data, and tracking initiatives to ensure greater efficiency, governance, and engagement. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the management of the "Connecting Ideas" program by monitoring indicators, progress, and performance of initiatives. * Track and organize the idea flow from submission through evaluation and implementation. * Assist in managing idea evaluations with responsible parties and involved departments. * Support the implementation of ideas together with innovation agents, ensuring follow\-up and status updates. * Assist in managing program-related recognitions (e.g., scoring, criteria, awards), contributing to organizing and controlling metrics. * Consolidate data, generate reports, and present insights about the program (indicators, engagement, outcomes). * Support the team in structuring and organizing the strategic innovation plan, including information gathering, material structuring, and analysis consolidation. * Support general activities of the innovation area, including scheduling, material organization, and internal stakeholder communication. * Develop and update the Innovation Dashboard in Power BI with information related to the "Connecting Ideas" program and other innovation initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with expected graduation within two years, in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Innovation Management, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge (data manipulation and information organization). * Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple activities. * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Good written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Qualifications: * Basic knowledge of PowerPoint or presentation tools. * Prior academic or practical experience with projects, innovation, or continuous improvement. * Familiarity with data analysis and indicators (KPIs). * Basic/intermediate English. * Basic/intermediate Spanish. * Interest in innovation, strategy, and organizational transformation topics. **Additional information** **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work schedule: Hybrid in Joinville. * Working hours: 6 hours per day. * Internship stipend: R$2140.00\.
