**Job Description:**

\- Monitor daily planned vs. executed activities, identify deviations, and collaborate with support areas and Manufacturing to ensure productivity above 85%. \- Lead weekly scheduling in coordination with leadership, ensuring appropriate workforce sizing to meet vessel takt time requirements. \- Prepare labor hour budgets and forecasts by model, employee ID, family, and activity. \- Ensure material requirement dates are updated and aligned with the production plan and vessel phasing schedule. \- Analyze production labor hour consumption (planned vs. actual), identify root causes of variances, and propose corrective actions. \- Support leadership in visual management onboard, ensuring daily updates of weekly activities, responsible parties, and deviations. \- Develop BI indicators and dashboards to support decision-making and add strategic value to the business. \- Structure and maintain databases for generating productivity indicators via BI.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Production or Mechanical Engineering, or Business Process Management);
* Knowledge of industrial productivity;
* Proficiency in BI tools;
* MS Project;
* Production processes in the nautical sector (VTR, Assembly, and Carpentry);
* Production planning techniques;
* Familiarity with internal logistics (inter-departmental transportation);
* Negotiation techniques;
* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel);
* Project management;
* Materials and inventory management;
* Production capacity planning.
**Desirable Requirements:**

* Experience with TOTVS Protheus system;
* Familiarity with company products and inputs.
