Ethical and diplomatic institutional representation **Role Summary:** Responsible for leading the operations and strategy of a large-scale business entity, coordinating a team of professionals, ensuring execution of planning, financial sustainability, and institutional relationships with members, business leaders, and external agencies. Oversight of governance, people management, processes, finance, and engagement with the regional business ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead strategic planning and ensure governance and implementation of guidelines. * Lead, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary team. * Strengthen revenue streams and ensure financial sustainability. * Represent the entity institutionally with ethical, technical, and diplomatic conduct. * Work closely with the presidency and board, delivering executive reports and supporting decision-making. * Supervise processes, projects, programs, events, and internal departments. * Ensure high-quality relationships with members and external stakeholders. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Economics, Institutional Relations, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA preferred. * Solid experience in executive roles, directorship, superintendency, or general management. * Experience managing teams, processes, planning, and governance. * Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and performance indicators. * Strong institutional relationship and coordination capabilities. * Experience in strategic management and leading complex projects. **Behavioral Competencies** * Human-centered, firm, and strategic leadership. * Emotional intelligence, balance, and resilience. * Appropriate political and institutional demeanor. * Clear, mature, and assertive communication. * Ability to coordinate with businesspeople and diverse profiles. * Discretion, ethics, and avoidance of inappropriate self-promotion. * Results-oriented, systemic vision, and sound decision-making.
