Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials; process control; and supporting maintenance of injection molding machines and plastic machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Loading and unloading of raw materials 2. Control and organization of materials by type and color 3. Assisting in preventive maintenance and cleaning of the department * Load and unload raw materials, supplying injection molding machines or other plastic machines according to the production schedule. * **Control and Organization:** * Sort and organize raw materials by type, color, and other characteristics, ensuring mixtures comply with the formulation matrix. Monitor material stocking and depletion to prevent shortages of inputs. * **Maintenance and Cleaning:** Assist in preventive maintenance of machines; clean hoppers and the work area, maintaining order and organization. * **Monitoring and Inspection:** Monitor the automatic feeding operation of machines and visually inspect material removed from machines to assess quality.
