




Job Summary: The IT Apprentice will assist in maintaining the ticketing portal, support IT routines, assign access permissions, and review corporate systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support for onboarding/offboarding routines and access management. 2. Support for infrastructure and systems requests. 3. Periodic reviews of access rights in corporate systems. IT Apprentice Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Maintain the ticketing portal up to date by registering, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking service requests; * Assist in onboarding/offboarding routines: preparing equipment, creating/removing access accounts, completing checklists, and providing initial guidance; * Assign access permissions to users for IT services and resources, in accordance with company policies (rules); * Support infrastructure and systems requests according to projects and needs; * Conduct periodic reviews of access rights in corporate systems. Mandatory Requirements: * Currently enrolled in high school; * Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
