Apply now and keep your profile updated. \#ProudToBeClamed \#PeopleCaringForPeople\#JoinOurFormula Responsibilities and Duties: * Provide in-person and online customer service, preparing quotations, entering formulas into the specific system, and handling resale products, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company service standards; * Enter prescribed formulations into the specific system, verifying prescription date, prescriber information, signature, dosage instructions, quantity, and patient details (phone number and address), updating records as needed; * Withdraw compounded products from the specific system according to SOPs, ensuring traceability control; * Print and apply labels to compounded products, and affix additional tags as required per product specifications, ensuring all mandatory information is included per RDC 67/07; * Verify and dispatch mailbags, ensuring all compounded products listed on the manifest reach the destination branch correctly, supporting inventory control and organization. Requirements and Qualifications: * High school education (currently pursuing or completed); * Must be at least 18 years old.
