Responsibilities include preparing quotations, order follow-up, customer and representative support, proposal follow\-up, and basic technical support for product specification. The role requires close coordination with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure agility and quality in serving the industrial market. Additionally, the role includes organizing commercial data in ERP/CRM systems and supporting the development of new business opportunities. We seek an organized individual with strong communication skills, analytical capability, and ease in handling technical products in a B2B environment. **Requirements:** Commercial/sales experience in technology, industrial automation, industrial IT, or related sectors; Vocational, technical, or undergraduate education in Technology, Automation, IT, Engineering, or related fields; Desirable: Experience in preparing quotations, serving B2B customers, order tracking, and proposal follow\-up; Knowledge of technological products or industrial equipment; Experience using commercial ERP and CRM systems; Advantages: Familiarity with industrial computers (IPC), Panel PCs, Box PCs, industrial tablets, embedded solutions, and hardware dedicated to industrial automation and integration; **About the Hiring Company:** The hiring company specializes in technical support and engineering development services, aiming to facilitate digital transformation for traditional industries toward a sustainable planet.
