Here, you will spend **18 months** designing your future, with real opportunities for permanent employment and accelerated growth. **Your journey will be a two-way street:** * **Practical Experience and Innovation:** You will gain hands-on experience in the field and have the opportunity to lead a strategic challenge project alongside other interns, applying your knowledge and innovating in practice. * **Development Track:** In addition to technical mentoring from your Leader and continuous monitoring by the DHO team, you will participate in an exclusive Training Path tailored to your professional development. * **Career Vision:** We take a broad view of your career trajectory. The program’s primary objective is to prepare you for permanent employment as an Analyst, turning your internship into the first step toward a solid career at Rôgga. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Internship at our construction sites:** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning. * Starting from the 5th semester. * Availability to work on-site at construction locations. **Internship at Headquarters (Joinville):** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Technologist degree program related to the focus areas. * Starting from the 3rd semester. * **Focus Areas:** Engineering, New Products, BIM, Occupational Safety, Quality, Planning, Finance, Market Intelligence, Procurement, Logistics, Auditing, and Compensation. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance of R$29.00/day (no payroll deduction); * Transportation allowance (for interns from the coastal region), no payroll deduction; * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium deduction for the holder, 40% co-payment; * Dental plan with no monthly premium deduction; * Referral bonus for recommending new colleagues; * Education incentive; * Wellhub: corporate wellness platform offering access to a wide network of gyms, studios, and health and wellness apps—including meditation, nutrition, and online therapy; * Potential for permanent employment; * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property.
