Tuper is committed to building a collaborative environment grounded in **respect, ethics, and transparency.** Our core purpose is to inspire people to create surprising solutions. **Join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform low-complexity preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on company equipment; assist in medium- and high-complexity preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance activities on company equipment, as well as machine overhauls and new installations, following pre-established maintenance plans to ensure proper operation and performance of machines and equipment. * Read, interpret, and diagnose faults using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation of equipment—disassembling, repairing, reassembling, welding, lubricating, testing, and/or replacing mechanical components as needed—to implement appropriate corrections eliminating failures and production line stoppages. * Conduct predictive, preventive, and overhaul mechanical maintenance on equipment through periodic inspections, assessing the condition of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic components, and lubrication systems, performing necessary replacements according to planning to ensure equipment availability. * Receive maintenance work orders, assess required tasks, plan, and arrange all necessary resources for execution. * Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities as scheduled or opportunistically. * Report recurring and/or critical issues to immediate supervisor. * Assist in installation of new equipment and machinery. * Monitor and/or fabricate parts and components used in maintenance. * Collaborate in promoting improvements and modifications to machines, equipment, devices, and mechanical installations. * Report working hours and completed activities per the maintenance management system. * Maintain tools under personal responsibility—cleaning and preserving them for future use in optimal condition—as well as ensuring personal safety and that of other professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Proven experience in this role. **Additional Information** **We offer a range of benefits including:** * Free transportation allowance. * Eyeglass lens reimbursement. * Cafeteria. * Life insurance. * Maternity basket. * Wedding gift. * Career development path.
