The objective is to train people without prior experience in the field, providing the opportunity to enter the financial sector during or at the end of the program. Selected participants will have access to a free in-person course, focusing on the following topics: Introduction to Cooperativism and the Financial Market; Customer Service and Commercial Relationships; Basic Concepts of Financial Products and Services; Sales and Negotiation Techniques; Financial Education and Investments; Preparation for ANBIMA Certification; EAD learning path within Ailos Educação as a complementary activity. **Program Highlights:** Mentorship with Financial Market Professionals; Proximity to the reality of Customer Service in a Credit Cooperative; Possibility of Hiring during or at the end of the course, with competitive compensation and benefits; Networking and integration into a Cooperative Ecosystem. **Responsibilities and duties** * Interest in working in the commercial/financial area and previous sales experience; * Availability to attend classes and practical activities; * Willingness to relocate is a differentiating factor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Over 18 years old; * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Interpersonal skills, effective communication, and persuasion. **Additional information** **Step 1 – Registration** Initial stage where interested individuals **register on the program platform**. At this stage, the participant provides their personal and contact information, enabling access to subsequent phases. Completing registration is essential to proceed in the process. **Step 2 – Screening** After registration, **screening of applicants** takes place, aiming to verify if the participant meets the basic prerequisites of the program. This analysis ensures all candidates align with the profile and objectives of Geração Coop. **Step 3 – PDA (Behavioral Profile Assessment)** Participants approved in the screening complete the **Behavioral Profile Assessment (PDA)**, a tool that identifies personal characteristics, competencies, and development potential. The goal is to promote **self-awareness** and support the creation of personalized learning paths within the program. **Step 4 – Group Activity** An **interaction** moment. This stage focuses on observing essential competencies within the cooperative context. **Step 5 – Interview \| People Management** Interview conducted by the **People Management team**, aiming to better understand each participant, their experiences and expectations, as well as assess **alignment with cooperative values and principles**. **Step 6 – Announcement of Selected Candidates** Official **announcement phase of approved participants**, marking the end of the selection stage. **Step 7 – Hiring / Program Start** Final stage of the process, where **selected participants** will be contacted by Ailos Civia's People Management team to formalize their participation and the beginning of the **training journey in the program.** We are a Credit Cooperative part of the Ailos System, present in Santa Catarina and Paraná, with 19 service units and operating in 147 municipalities.
