Professional development in a continuous improvement environment with passion for aviation We are seeking a professional to serve as an Engineering and Quality Intern **in Aircraft Maintenance**, supporting technical compliance, planning, and quality assurance within the company’s MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operations. Here, you will join an engaged team that works seriously, respectfully, and passionately about aviation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * The intern will be responsible for preparing technical documentation for Work Orders, reviewing Technical Publications, providing maintenance support through communication with aircraft manufacturers and Civil Aviation Authorities, and participating in internal quality audits and other quality-related activities. * Assist maintenance teams with technical support, analyze data, prepare technical documentation, and participate in audits conducted by civil aviation authorities and suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in **Aeronautical Sciences, Quality Management, Aircraft Maintenance Technology**, or related fields; * Familiarity with aircraft maintenance programs and technical control of aircraft is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel is preferred); * English proficiency for reading (conversational English is desirable due to interaction with aircraft manufacturers); * Preferred: Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (RBAC), ability to read technical drawings, and hands-on experience in an MRO hangar setting; **Additional Benefits** * Group life insurance * **Maga Care**: Counseling and guidance (psychological, legal, financial, and social) * Gympass, including nutritional counseling * Birthday Day Off * Meal Voucher (V.R) * Transportation Voucher (V.T) With over 13 years of experience in the aerospace industry, MAGA boasts a team **passionate about aviation**, composed of some of Brazil’s most experienced and renowned aircraft maintenance technicians and engineers.
