Responsibilities * LLM Development and Fine-Tuning: Design, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as text classification, summarization, content generation, and sentiment analysis. * Creation of Conversational Agents: Develop and implement sophisticated virtual assistants using market-standard frameworks and customized solutions, ensuring a seamless, natural, and efficient user experience. * Web Crawling and Data Collection: Build and maintain robust, scalable pipelines for extracting data from diverse web sources, ensuring the quality, integrity, and relevance of collected information to feed our models and analyses. * Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can guide strategic decision-making. * Solution Integration: Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to integrate machine learning models and conversational agents into our platforms and applications. * Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in LLMs, conversational AI, and web crawling techniques, proposing and implementing innovative solutions. * Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor model performance in production, performing continuous adjustments and optimizations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Essential Qualifications * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Data Science Experience: Solid professional experience working as a Data Scientist, with expertise in machine learning and NLP. * LLM Knowledge: Practical experience using and fine-tuning language models such as GPT, BERT, Llama, or similar. * Familiarity with frameworks such as Hugging Face’s transformers library. * Conversational Agents: Experience developing agents or virtual assistants using platforms like Dialogflow, Google Conversational Agent, or similar frameworks. * Web Crawling: Proficiency in web crawling techniques and tools (e.g., Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium) and knowledge of best practices for data extraction. * Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and its major data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch). * Databases: Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as BigQuery. * Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability, with strong logical and analytical reasoning.
