




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for kitchen opening, sanitation, plating, buffet replenishment, portion frying, and overall kitchen cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for kitchen opening and organization 2. Food preparation, plating, and buffet replenishment 3. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the environment Kitchen opening (setting up the buffet, turning on equipment, etc.), sanitizing and cutting fresh produce, plating dishes, replenishing the buffet, frying portions, keeping the environment clean, and performing end-of-shift kitchen cleaning and organization. We provide meal allowance / food voucher. We provide transportation allowance for those who use it to commute to work. Health insurance plan is available for employees who complete 3 months with the company. Attendance bonus. Working hours: from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Works 6 days per week. Works on Saturdays and Sundays; days off fall between Monday and Thursday.-One Sunday off per month. Job type: Permanent CLT position. Compensation: starting from R$2,000.00 per month.
