Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for preparing meals, desserts, and savory snacks; developing new recipes; and ensuring organization and cleanliness during food distribution. Key Highlights: 1. Meal preparation and development of new recipes. 2. Substituting for the cook and independently preparing dishes. 3. Managing organization and cleanliness during food distribution. Responsibilities: * Under the cook's supervision, prepare meals by executing dishes according to the menu; may substitute for the cook in their absence; prepare meals by elaborating dishes according to the designated menu; * In cases of weekend shifts, may be responsible for meal preparation; wash, peel, and cut vegetables, legumes, and fruits; select and prepare seasonings and other ingredients; * Prepare desserts and savory snacks following standard recipes; garnish dishes to meet customer and company requirements; * Develop new dessert and savory snack recipes; monitor and/or distribute meals and their components at the service counter, maintaining organization and cleanliness; * Receive, identify, and store goods; collect samples; measure time and temperature of products and equipment; * Perform other related duties. **Working hours: 07:00–16:48 OR 23:00–05:00, both on a 6x1 rotation.** **Workplace: ROD SC418, 2515, FRAGOSOS NEIGHBORHOOD, CAMPO ALEGRE SC.** Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * PLR\-PROFIT AND PERFORMANCE SHARING\-SEMESTRAL * UNIMED HEALTH PLAN * GROUP LIFE INSURANCE * DENTAL UNI DENTAL PLAN * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * BASIC FOOD BASKET PAID VIA FOOD CARD
