What will be your responsibilities?* Monitor suppliers regarding delivery timelines and shipping documentation * Coordinate with internal customers on delivery status, delays, and freight approval * Maintain and update control spreadsheets tracking all stages of customs clearance * Review and validate shipping documents (packing list, invoice, DI, CI); request corrections or adjustments from suppliers as needed * Initiate and manage the customs clearance process with customs brokers, including opening and updating processes in the PWCE system * Adjust Purchase Orders (POs) based on shipping documents and import conditions * Approve freight charges with customs brokers when required * Create and request internal approval for advance payments to customs brokers * Monitor customs clearance progress with brokers, entering detailed item-by-item import declaration data into the system * Record tax installment payments (II, IPI, PIS, COFINS, SISCOMEX, AFRMM) * Coordinate with the Controller’s team for issuance of domestic invoices (NF) * Send invoices to the warehouse for cargo receipt * Submit payment requests in EBS Connect * Track cargo pickup at the port and delivery, communicating status updates to internal customers * Confirm material receipt in the SAP system (MIGO/MIRO) * Verify final broker costs and perform adjustments to tax installments as necessary * Perform other supply chain activities, such as contract management, processing requisitions and purchase orders, order follow-up, and resolution of supply chain-related issues * Collaborate with Corporate Procurement and the EBS Continuous Improvement team to develop and lead initiatives that enhance procurement process performance and quality * Participate in internal and external audits to avoid penalties What are we looking for?* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields * Proficiency in SAP (Ariba and MM), Office 360, ServiceNow * Advanced English proficiency What will your working hours be?
