Description
We are seeking committed professionals with physical stamina and willingness to learn to work in the metal structures industry. This is an operational position involving manual tasks and production routines. Schedule: \* Monday to Friday \* From 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.200,00 to R$ 2,400.00 Benefits: \* Transportation allowance \* Meals provided at the company \* Health insurance after 90 days \* Birthday bonus \* Performance-based bonus Responsibilities: Assisting in cutting, bending, and sanding metal structures Support in using grinders, angle grinders, and drills Organizing and cleaning machines, materials, and the work environment General support in the production process Important: This is a physically demanding operational role involving manual work on iron structures. Unjustified absences are not tolerated. Requirements: Completed high school education Residence in Joinville/SC (preference for nearby neighborhoods) Willingness to learn Commitment, attention, and proactivity Advantages: Experience in metalworking, metal structures, or production NR 11 and NR 35 certifications Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
