Job Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of Ultra LIMS, ensuring correct configuration, user training, and overall project success. Key Highlights: 1. Lead system implementation and process mapping. 2. Train users and support the project until delivery. 3. Act as a communication bridge between the client and the internal team. We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead Ultra LIMS implementation with our clients, ensuring the system is correctly configured, users are prepared to use it, and the entire implementation process proceeds with organization, alignment, and success. If you enjoy understanding processes, guiding clients, and supporting projects through to delivery, this opportunity may be right for you. **Your key responsibilities** * Lead Ultra LIMS system implementation with clients, following the scope defined in the project. * Support process mapping and configure the system according to client requirements. * Monitor client activities during system configuration and implementation. * Ensure adherence to the project schedule and defined milestones. * Conduct user training sessions, providing guidance on system functionality and best practices. * Participate in project progress meetings to align tasks and track implementation progress. * Act as a communication bridge between the client and the internal team throughout the implementation process. * Support simulation of operational routines within the system, ensuring the client is ready for production launch. **What we expect from you** Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings and training sessions.
