It provides products and services aimed at increasing operational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities:** Receive, review, modify, or implement purchase requests, warranty claims, and equipment and supply returns. Verify whether data complies with the customer’s proposal or the purchase order. Respond to representative inquiries, recording and managing orders and urgent situations. Issue, control, update, and archive administrative and commercial documents. Release requests in the system and monitor potentially blocked orders. Inform relevant parties about delivery and billing deadlines. Monitor and request document transfers among departments, the company, customers, representatives, and authorized partners. Previous experience as Sales Specialist, Sales Coordinator, Commercial Analyst, or Sales Consultant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Technical degree required.
