Job Summary: Map processes, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, lead improvement projects, and drive organizational transformation. Key Highlights: 1. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). **Job Description:** ---------------------- Map existing processes, identify bottlenecks, waste (muda), and improvement opportunities using tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Propose and develop new workflow designs (TO\-BE), automation solutions, and optimizations, assessing the feasibility and impact of changes. Lead end-to-end improvement projects, ensuring complete documentation and performance tracking through process indicators. Suggest and support the development and monitoring of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor process performance and compare it against targets. Facilitate organizational transformation by supporting team acceptance and implementation of new practices.
