We are looking for a **Marketing Apprentice** focused on administrative, financial, and operational support processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that service order workflows, supplier contracting, and payment processes comply with Rôgga’s standards and deadlines.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Enter invoices into internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Manage purchase requisition creation and purchase order issuance in SAP.
* Monitor supplier registration and updates.
* Ensure proper organization of documents and provide administrative process support to the department.
* Serve as the operational liaison between Marketing and Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, Controlling, and Legal departments.
* Support routine and operational tasks for the Marketing team.
* Interact with suppliers and partners, including responding to and managing email correspondence.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in High School.
* Basic Excel knowledge and ability to quickly learn new management systems.
* Organized profile with strong attention to detail.
* Strong written communication skills and clarity when interacting with suppliers and internal departments.
* Eagerness to learn administrative, financial, or procurement processes.
