We are looking for an enthusiastic **Tech Lead** in the field of Digital Commerce to join Decathlon’s **Digital Platforms Team**, primarily responsible for the development pipeline of our mobile application. Responsible for guiding the delivery outputs of the digital platforms development team through technical documentation, mentoring internal teams and vendors, and structuring and ensuring technically sound deliveries—leveraging optimal technologies and applying best development practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the main responsibilities?** * Actively participate in technical development decisions; * Ensure that development teams possess sufficient context and technical documentation for upcoming deliverables; * Research and promote the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies; * Serve as guardian of delivery timelines and quality for the development team; * Identify and document technical debt, ensuring a continuous improvement flow across digital platforms; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Technology-related fields; * Solid expertise in databases such as SQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch; APIs including GraphQL, RESTful, and API Management; and technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Experience developing digital products, preferably in e-commerce, with the VTEX platform; * Desired knowledge of software architecture, mobile application development languages, and information security. **What do we expect from our team members?** * Believe in the joys and benefits of sport; * Be action- and challenge-oriented; * Be passionate about customer satisfaction; * Value collective play and teamwork; * Be proactive and entrepreneurial-minded; * Work responsibly and autonomously; * Demonstrate courage in decision-making; * Exhibit creativity and adaptability in adverse situations. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * DecaPack: Monthly compensation, transportation allowance, meal or food vouchers, medical and dental insurance, Dra.
