Additionally, they help humanize patient care and may bring fresh perspectives that can drive innovation in hospital processes. **Salary:** R$ 1\.142,33 **Work Schedule:** 150 hours (Monday to Friday) **Modality:** In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and archive administrative documents using physical filing systems and unit-adopted digital systems, ensuring information remains easily accessible; * Monitor material inventory levels and request replenishments when necessary, using spreadsheets or unit-adopted systems, ensuring supplies remain consistently available; * Receive patients and their companions, provide information about procedures, and guide them through the unit’s workflow, ensuring agile and efficient service delivery; * Assist with daily tasks such as form completion, document scanning, and photocopying, supporting smooth unit operations; * Support performance and productivity indicator reporting by collecting data and updating spreadsheets, facilitating goal tracking and unit results monitoring; * Attend to and direct internal/external stakeholders, providing information and routing requests while maintaining regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and data privacy; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum age: 18 years. **Additional Information** * Cafeteria; * SESC; * DayOff. **IMED** is a nonprofit social organization dedicated to public health promotion.
