At this stage of growth and consolidation, we are seeking a Services Supervisor to work at our Alto Horizonte (GO) branch, playing an essential role in maintenance management and ensuring field equipment performance. We believe diversity strengthens our decisions and drives better outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure development and execution of the master maintenance plan, aligning with operational goals and guidelines * Supervise planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and reliability * Monitor and guide failure and anomaly analysis, ensuring root cause identification and implementation of effective corrective actions * Provide technical leadership to the team, directing maintenance activities with emphasis on productivity, quality, and safety * Conduct planning meetings, evaluating backlog and prioritizing tasks based on criticality and operational demand * Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance methods and techniques * Participate in development, review, and application of operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations * Manage suppliers and third-party services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and technical adherence * Track material, consumable, and spare parts requisitions, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules * Support administrative management of the team (vacations, timekeeping, personnel movements) in coordination with HR * Identify opportunities for process, equipment, and operational performance improvement * Implement and monitor action plans, ensuring achievement of established targets **Behavioral Competencies** We seek a professional with strong accountability and initiative, capable of leading teams in an operational and dynamic environment.
