Willingness to perform physical and dynamic work **About the Role:** We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Welding Assistant to join our team. The professional will provide fundamental support to the production line, assisting machine operators and ensuring the continuous flow of industrial processes, always with a focus on quality, organization, and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Operate low- or medium-complexity machines and equipment. * Supply the production line with necessary raw materials and supplies. * Assist in preparing parts for industrial processes and surface treatments (e.g., cleaning, fixation for galvanization or painting). * Perform manual assembly, finishing, deburring, and sanding of parts. * Conduct basic visual quality inspection, verifying dimensions and segregating non-conforming items. * Safely transport materials, parts in process, and finished products within the department. * Assist in loading and unloading. * Package and label finished products for shipment. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization (5S standard). * Strictly comply with all occupational safety regulations and internal company policies, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Primary education. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Caminho Novo/Palhoça \- SC * **Schedule/Shift:** Monday to Thursday, 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 07:30 AM to 4:30 PM * **Salary:** R$ 2\.156,00 \+ Bonus \+ Hazard Pay * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, On-site meal, Life insurance. * Commitment to safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Willingness to perform physical and dynamic work on the factory floor. * Attention to detail and strong organizational sense. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in an industrial environment or basic knowledge of technical drawing interpretation (2D and 3D).
