Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for technical analysis of parts, documentation of issues, coordination between the dealership and the factory, and implementation of warranty policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs technical analysis of parts and identifies defects. 2. Documents technical issues and organizes service orders. 3. Acts as an intermediary between the dealership and the factory. 4. Ensures compliance with the manufacturer's warranty policies. * **Technical Analysis:** Examines replaced parts to identify the root cause of defects. * **Documentation and Recordkeeping:** Takes photos of technical issues, completes reports, and organizes service order documentation. * **Coordination:** Bridges communication between the dealership and the factory, ensuring defective parts are returned and associated costs are reimbursed. * **Policy Implementation:** Ensures all warranty claims comply with the manufacturer's warranty policies and the vehicle's warranty terms.
