Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist network deployment technicians with basic and daily tasks as directed; * Assist in installing and assembling infrastructure for fiber-optic cable laying and routing; * Support technicians in providing technical assistance and help customers resolve issues, ensuring courteous and prompt service aligned with their needs; * Assist in diagnosing potential connection issues, checking fiber signal strength, and performing speed and bandwidth tests; * Prioritize adherence to work schedules, especially during emergency infrastructure and fiber-network maintenance activities, as per planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of measurement equipment, optical splicing, optical cable laying, fiber optics, fusion techniques, installation and maintenance of optical splice closures, and router configuration; * Availability to perform on-call duties; **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
