




Job Summary: A professional responsible for designing, coordinating, and monitoring pedagogical plans, developing educational materials, and supporting instructors in apprenticeship programs. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate pedagogical plans and develop educational materials 2. Integrate, train, and monitor instructor training 3. Monitor the progress of apprentices and conduct technical visits **Responsibilities and Duties** Design and coordinate pedagogical plans for apprenticeship programs Develop educational materials and teaching resources Integrate, train, and update instructor training Monitor instructors' practice in training sessions Ensure all pedagogical processes comply with current regulations Monitor apprentices' progress Conduct technical visits to training rooms, either in person or remotely Provide support to unit instructors Adjust Training Schedules forwarded by the Planning Department, if necessary Substitute for instructors in training sessions in case of absences Collaborate with instructors on institutional educational projects Conduct technical visits to partner companies And other related activities **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in pedagogical guidance and teaching and learning methodologies Experience in administrative routines relevant to the area Completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Pedagogy or in teacher training programs Availability for short trips Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Pedagogical guidance and planning (Preferred)
