




Job Summary: Manage and lead field and/or backoffice teams in telecommunications, ensuring goal achievement and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of operational teams in telecommunications. 2. Monitoring of KPIs and action plans. 3. Team development and quality management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise field and/or backoffice technician teams engaged in installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications services (fiber optic, radio, data, and voice). * Ensure compliance with deadlines and operational targets (SLA, productivity, quality, safety, and cost). * Monitor operational KPIs and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Manage work schedules, staff deployments, and resource utilization (vehicles, materials, equipment). * Conduct training and promote team development. * Support quality and occupational safety management for field operations. * Prepare operational reports and participate in performance review meetings with management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Computer Networks, or related fields. (We will evaluate) * Experience leading operational teams in the telecom sector. * Knowledge of network infrastructure (FTTH, GPON, copper, radio, etc.). * Proficiency with team and KPI management tools (Excel, Power BI, service order systems). * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and availability for travel. **Desirable:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. * Technical certifications (Anatel, NR10, NR35, Fiber Optics, etc.). * Experience with internet service providers or regional telecom operators. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and assertive communication * Results- and productivity-oriented mindset * Problem-solving ability * Organization and planning skills * Teamwork and quality orientation * Adaptability and proactivity * Availability as required by business needs.
