Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Opportunity:** We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to work at our Palhoça unit. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of employees in the workplace. **Responsibilities:** * Manage safety and accident prevention processes in the workplace; * Conduct specific safety training for all employees; * Monitor the implementation of preventive and protective measures; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Provide and manage inventory of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) for all unit employees; * Conduct frequent inspections along routes, verifying uniform and PPE usage by operational teams; * Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in occupational safety; * Knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations; * Ability to perform risk analysis and develop action plans; * Strong communication and training skills. **Benefits:** * A collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to professional development programs * A safe and healthy environment for all employees Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Education: *Occupational Safety, Technical Course Driver's License: B * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Basket * Transportation Allowance
