Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring cameras, alarms, and sensors in real time, analyzing risk events, activating response teams, recording incidents, and maintaining continuous communication with management and the tactical team. Commitment to ethics and professional integrity Must reside in Porto Belo and have access to bus lines reaching the Jardim Dourado neighborhood – Porto Belo, especially on weekends. Preference given to candidates residing near this area. Personal vehicle preferred. Main responsibilities: Monitor cameras, alarms, and sensors in real time; Analyze events and distinguish actual risk situations; Activate field teams, authorities, or responsible personnel according to incident type; Record and document all incident responses; Maintain continuous communication with management, supervisors, and the tactical team; Strictly comply with internal procedures and maintain confidentiality of information; Daily incident logging for shift activities; Weekly operational reporting on activities and actions; Vehicle tracking via geolocation; Active communication and collaboration with the field tactical team. Worksite: Vivapark Porto Belo Working Hours: 12x36 schedule, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (two positions: one on even-week rotation, one on odd-week rotation) Compensation: R$ 2.086,55, VA R$ 33.00/day, 7% attendance bonus, PNR R$ 350.00, and Intrajornada allowance. Additional Attitudes: Clear and direct radio and WhatsApp operational group communication; conduct virtual patrols; support mobile tactical field patrols; readiness and availability for immediate action; ability to work under pressure; commitment to ethics and professional integrity; avoid unnecessary conversations with fellow shift personnel; avoid using personal mobile phones at the workstation.
