You will serve as the essential link between the clinic and patients, playing a fundamental role in building and maintaining long-lasting, trusting relationships. This professional must deeply understand both patient needs and expectations as well as those of the company, delivering customized solutions that go beyond dental treatments. **Responsibilities:** As a Financial Assistant, you will assist in daily financial management, including monitoring accounts payable and receivable, invoice control, patient delinquency tracking, Excel spreadsheet management, and support for general accounting activities. **Empathy and active listening:** Ability to listen to and understand patient concerns, responding attentively and thoughtfully. **Organization:** Capacity to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization. **Proactivity:** Initiative to identify opportunities for service improvement and propose solutions beneficial to both patients and the Clinic. **Problem-solving:** Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts efficiently and empathetically. * Competitive market-based salary.
