Job Summary: Operate monitoring and alarm systems, communicate with security teams, and control the flow of information. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring center and alarm systems operation 2. Emergency support for security teams RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate the monitoring center; * Operate the fire alarm system; * Operate the panic alarm system; * Operate the radio communication system; * Communicate with internal and external security teams; * Control the flow of information between teams and the security manager; * Maintain spreadsheets; * Update the incident logbook; * Provide support to security teams during emergencies or crises. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Mandatory knowledge of CCTV, camera functionality, recording systems, and monitoring software; * Availability to work in the Barreiros neighborhood in São José. WORK SCHEDULE: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM \- Rotating shift 6x2\.
