Specialized in road safety engineering, the company stands out for its excellence in implementing effective signage solutions, contributing to road preservation and traffic safety, with a focus on protecting and preserving lives. **SINASC job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** We are looking for an **Accounting/Tax Assistant** to perform the following responsibilities: * Receive documents from various company departments; * Sort and organize received documents; * Print reports related to received documents; * Organize documents according to printed reports; * Distribute reports and documents to employees responsible for verifying accounting entries; * Verify accounting entries in the system; * Create archiving folders in Word to facilitate document organization; * Archive received and verified documents, correctly separating them; * Verify paid invoices sent by the finance department and archive them properly; * Maintain organization and control of documents for audits. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Accounting Sciences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in tax and accounting routines. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance/voucher of BRL 35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance (not deducted from payroll); * Common area for rest; * Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator; * Free parking; * Life insurance: BRL 8.33 (deducted from payroll). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00.
