Responsibilities and duties * Respond to customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat; * Create and/or verify customer registrations; * Calculate quotation amounts; * Negotiate pricing and payment terms; * Register completed sales; * Report errors, complaints, and issues to responsible personnel; * Address any questions that may arise.
