Analyze the menu and prepare meals for staff, patients, and companions; perform pre-preparation and preparation of meats, properly identified and dated. Check the daily menu as posted on the notice board to prepare meals according to the established menu. Serve meals to patients, companions, and staff; Clean the cooking area, equipment, and work utensils in accordance with the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), aiming for cleanliness and suitable conditions for carrying out activities; Remove meat to be used during the next shift for pre-preparation if necessary; Monitor portioning in the cafeteria; Assist, if needed, with portioning lunch and dinner for patients; Ensure organization of the cooking area and the entire department; Complete the daily checklist under your responsibility after performing tasks; Observe safety standards, environmental control measures, and other internal regulations and/or legislation applicable to your activities; Participate in and suggest improvements to quality tools, verification processes, SOP applicability, Risk Management, and Process Mapping; Perform other tasks similar to those described above at the manager’s discretion.
