Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for scheduling procedures, organizing the reception, controlling access, safeguarding equipment, and providing in-person and telephone public service.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
Schedule procedures according to each patient's needs;
Organize the reception area;
Control the entry and exit of students, faculty, and patients;
Be responsible for the custody and control of equipment;
Prepare reports or other instruments to document activities;
Provide in-person service to external visitors of the institution, workplace, or administrative unit, offering information and directing them to their desired location;
Provide telephone service, delivering information or seeking authorization for patient entry;
Record and maintain logs of all services provided;
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education.
Knowledge of administrative routines.
Organizational skills.
Employment Type: Part-time, CLT permanent contract
Salary: R$1.700,00 - R$1.900,00 per month
Expected Weekly Working Hours: 30 hours
