Located in Palhoça/SC **Responsibilities:** Identify and prioritize inactive customers with a purchase history Conduct active outreach (phone calls, WhatsApp, e\-mails) using a consultative approach Offer campaigns, promotional kits, and product replacement solutions, including the PDV online purchasing platform Close simple orders (up to R$ 1\.500,00\) directly Refer larger opportunities to the Closer with updated briefings Record all contacts and statuses in the system; Update history in the system and inform status to the Closer sales representative Conduct structured follow\-ups based on customer responses Collaborate closely with telesales and marketing teams **Required Skills and Qualifications:** Agility and attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Motivation to work and willingness to learn Respect for company hierarchy and policies Teamwork ability Basic knowledge of sales or commercial customer service Availability for full\-time employment **Benefits:** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Receive R$ 25.00 per day to enjoy delicious meals.
