Join us in expanding connections. **Responsibilities:** * Configure network equipment (switches, routers, CPEs, etc.) for data circuit activation (Ethernet, MPLS, IP, VPN, among others); \- Support network topology analysis for onboarding new customers or implementing changes; \- Create and review documentation in systems, management platforms, and servers \- Perform connectivity, performance, and requirements testing prior to customer release; * Interact with internal departments including engineering, project managers, NOC, support, and field operations; * Maintain updates on activation status and assist with technical project documentation. * Interact with customers for circuit validation, testing, and related activities. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF); Familiarity with remote access tools and network equipment consoles; Strong organizational, communication, attention-to-detail, and teamwork skills. **Desired Competencies:** Experience configuring Datacom, Cisco, and MikroTik equipment; Experience with carrier or ISP networks; Knowledge of multi-carrier environments and last-mile circuits.
