Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities: * Broad oversight of PCP integrated with production, procurement, and sales; * Coordinate PCP production scheduling; * Lead the PCP team; * Ensure on-time delivery of the production schedule agreed upon with Sales, by monitoring information flow from raw material procurement through production; * Coordinate relationships with Production, Sales, and other supply chain members; * Coordinate equipment production scheduling via production orders; * Generate procurement, production, and shipping reports for raw materials; * Monitor the received order backlog spreadsheet via system; * Oversee equipment shipping; * Schedule, arrange shipping for, and track technical service parts; * Analyze raw material inventory levels to ensure fulfillment of customer order delivery dates within requested timeframes; * Resolve discrepancies between scheduled and actual production; * Analyze the company’s production planning, scheduling, and control methods, proposing improvements; * Monitor KPIs related to equipment produced, delivered, inventory levels, and other departmental metrics; * Actively participate in product, process, service, and environmental improvement programs; * Actively participate in management and quality system improvement programs; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related duties as required by the company. Requirements and Qualifications: We expect you to have: \- Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; \- Experience in PCP; \- Familiarity with company systems (ERP, Sapiens, etc.); \- Knowledge of Kanban and Lean manufacturing.
