The role involves monitoring pending POs, adjusting delivery dates, requesting expedited shipments, verifying incoming inventory, and communicating production batch impacts to PPCP. Additionally, the role includes tracking upcoming invoices, requesting packing lists, verifying fabric compliance (grammage, width, and quantities), analyzing images for quality reports, and supporting return and indemnification processes with suppliers—including denim items. Furthermore, the role entails managing unbilled invoices, recording defects and reports per supplier, and releasing second-quality products after negotiation. * Monitor and adjust Purchase Orders to ensure deadlines, billing, and raw material supply. * Monitor POs impacting production, request expedited shipments, and communicate batch changes to PPCP. * Manage billed but unprocessed POs, incoming inventory, and invoice due dates. * Request packing lists, verify fabric compliance (grammage, width, and quantities), and track quality issues. * Issue and follow up on return, indemnification, and defect complaint reports—including denim-specific processes. * Maintain updated records of defects, reports per supplier, and release of second-quality products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Experience in purchasing, inventory, logistics, or PCP. * Basic knowledge of invoice verification, deadlines, and Purchase Orders. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in the textile or jeanswear segment is a plus. * Proactivity * Teamwork **Additional Information** * Dental plan; * Meal allowance; * Free transportation (subject to regional availability); * Education assistance; * Discount on purchases of brand products; * Partnership agreements offering discounts at medical clinics; * Partnership agreements offering discounts at pharmacies.
